It's amazing to me. Most American men have never been outside of the US, but it is a completely different world out there. A lot of women, outside the US, treat a good man like gold; while here in the US - he get's treated like crap. (Note, I said a lot - there are exceptions.)

ALL women vary. Tainting them with the same brush is just asking for trouble.. Its ridiculous. You'll get the good and the bad wherever you go, not just within the US. It happens all over the world.

The feminist-occupied Democrats, the go-along Republicans, the media, Oprah, and the divorce-industrial complex allow and encourage American women to behave badly. Bachelorhood and travel outside the Anglosphere would do American men a world of good.

I have never been out of the country but I thought it might be a cultural thing with women in this country. I have been on the receiving end of too many instances that you are talking about. I hope maybe one day men and women both everywhere just learn to be more honest and open with their feelings and we would all be much happier.

I would venture to say that the women who do treat good men like crap are just plain crap themselves and aren't deserving of a good man. Eventually they take up with an abusive man and, well, what goes around comes around! I think good PEOPLE are hard to find.

You are correct you check the 2nd world countries like brazil, bulgaria, poland, russia etc and their women absolutely worship a good man.

In our western society life is so easy we can pick and choose partners like changing TV channels.and we look for things to be 'exciting' to spice up our stable lives.

Whereas where life is a bit harder or even our own culture say a generation ago we looked for 'stability' in our world. It was not perfect but a divorce rate several times lower than now does not lie.

This latest generation is almost psychotic compared to ours. They don;t seem to be happy unless they are fighting, cheating and making up all in the same day.

The saddest thing is I don;t think they even realise what they are missing.
