If you are actually in a law class, you should now that the answer to ANY law question varies by location. You gave no clue what the location is. The shaving cream and TP would count as vandalism in most places. The curfew violation is an additional charge. If you lied to the police, that could result in a charge of giving false information to law enforcement.

Mostly 20 hours of community serves and a fine. More or less depending if you destroyed any property, or just simple vandalism. Other then that have fun.
