I just purchased a 3m revere camcorder and I understand that it takes 8mm film cartridges. I was just making sure that these cartridges are still being sold in stores such as best buy.
Thanks!

what you have is a motion picture film camera, not video. you need to determine if it takes regular 8mm, or more likely if it uses a cartridge, super 8mm. Best Buy will not have film for this, this is a real antique. You will need to shop at a major camera store, such as B&H. Kodak is the only photolab that can develop these, so buy process mailers along with the film. The price may shock you, especially since a roll of film is only a couple of minutes in length.

Also mp film is designed for use in full daylight. if you want to shoot inside be prepared to buy sufficient light fixtures to replicate daylight, including color balance filter gels.
