what is the healther choice? honeydew milk bubble tea with tapicoca or coconut jelly? (lower number of calories, and fat)

Tapioca has complex carbohydrates while coconut jelly has sugar. I don't think either one is significantly healthier, they both have empty calories. To make the drink healthier, get it without milk (which is usually non-dairy and therefore not healthy) or without the pearls or jelly. However, those things aren't all that bad for you anyway, so unless you drink one per day don't worry about it.

They both have a ton of sugar and carbs (but that honeydew milk tea is SOOO good!).
