Please help me,I have my own layout site but I don't want to ask my parents for the money for photoshop.

I dont know how close photofiltre is to photoshop.

Picasa is pretty cool. But not as good as photoshop.

theres photoimpact, thats what i use, but it came with my computer so i dont know if its free or not, sorry!
