anyone know this artist? cabello?

the picture is called inferno its oil on canvas very large ....signed cabello ...dated 70. any help or direction on this artist would be awesome thanks

Can you describe what it looks like? What style is the painting? That would help in figuring out who painted it.

isn't that one of those who likes to paint dragons? anyhow, good luck with that. if it is the fantasy dragon guy, the date has to be 1970.
