At what age can a child decide what parent they want to live with in MD

Not sure about MD, but in Washington, and many other states it is 12, BUT they cannot just move if the custodial parent objects. It still has to go to court and the judge will have the final say. If the non-custodial parent has had problems with drugs, alcohol, any form of abuse or the child is just mad at the custodial parent because they are strict, the judge most likely won't allow it to happen.
