I think that ( if God exist) he would yes, because as you said , its the religious bureaucrats that don't accept homosexuals as natural, not God. If god ( if he exist) thought homosexuals were wrong, why did he create them?

Your question suggests that heaven is a place we go to when we die? Not so I believe.
The fact is that people are born spiritually dead to God and heaven occurs when His Spirit dwells in their bodies by their invitation.
To explain how this happens you need to read carefully how Jesus expounded on being born again and on the person who is Heaven.
Once you have the whole picture of who Jesus is (not this nonsense about Jonathan and the man in the white robe - both of whom were not necessarily part of God's redeemed family) and what this means if you invite Him to be both Lord and Teacher, then you will understand whether Jesus / God welcomes Homosexuals into heaven.
Don't let others tell you what the condition is. Find out for yourself. His words are clear enough. They are preserved in a book for a little while longer. You can get the answer to your question direct from the One who came from that place in the first place!
But, if you let others form your understanding you'll get confused. Just like the poor old philosopher Voltaire - a very confused man.

only believing that God and Jesus exists isn't sufficient to get into heaven. Believing interior the Biblical experience is to stay in accordance to their coaching. All self righteous, bigoted people will condemn anything and everything if it does not meet their own ideals of the way things, accordinging to their own beliefs, should be. So it is not just homosexuals who will be barred from heaven, these same people who condemn gays themselves will also be barred. And heaven, as such, does not have a christian monopolism on it....so where God is concerned....well no one will ever really know what goes on in that mind. As for jesus? It is said he had his time on earth....as we all do.

According to the bible, all you need to do is accept Jesus Christ as your Savior to get into heaven.
The thief on the cross next to Jesus simply believed in Jesus as Savior and was promised eternal life by Jesus (Luke 23:40-43). That thief was never baptized, went to church, gave offering, and still went to heaven.
Anything else is purely religious propaganda.

Read it again. Active Homosexuality is a sin and so is Adultery. Penitent sinners will be welcomed the same as anyone else. I do not know what form heaven will take

According to the bible the ones who go to heaven will in fact all be from the sinful earth.
Sin means less than perfect so all who go to heaven have at sometime in their live demonstrated their imperfection.
The bible also tells us that a repentance is acceptable if offered through the Ransom of which God provided for us through his son.
So in answer to your question, yes if they are aware of their sin and seek forgiveness through the ransom of Jesus.

If God and Jesus are as forgiving as everybody says then they will accept everyone into heaven except for those who have sinned, so homosexuals unless they commited a sin will be allowed into Heaven.
