my friend told me not to use the same shampoo for a long time,and to change the shampoo from time to another,cuz using the same shampoo for a long time(by time it wont clean my hair)
is that true?

I think sometimes your hair does feel cleaner when you alternate shampoos every once in a while. Shampoos like Pantene Pro V are notorious for leaving buildup on the hair, it couldn't hurt to use something like Neutragena shampoo every once in a while.

that is not true. it's actually good to use the same product once you find one that works well with your hair. hope this helps!
