I have an american eskimo puppy who is now four months old. just when i think she is house broken she pees on the carpet. my husband thinks she is spiteful. i think shes just young. I train with her three times a day and she's very smart. how can i get her to pee outside all the time instead of keep having all these accidents?

Take your dog outside, with dog treats in your pocket!!!
When the dog makes dog business outside, give your dog a treat.
When the dog makes dog business in the house, immediately put the dog outside.
Dogs are pretty smart! Your dog will soon equate doing the right thing with a treat!!!

That amount of time I think your dog should get it . My dog was trained in 2 weeks from when I purchased her at 6 weeks old . The time I spent with her training was well worth it ,she has never gone in the house and she is now 3 , she is not spite full , you can go any where and leave her and she'll be waiting for you when u get back .

Time to take a step back.
Crate puppy when you cannot watch puppy.
When puppy is in the house puppy should be tethered to you so that you can watch puppy like a hawk
Puppy is not being spiteful...puppy is young!

I walk my puppy 6 times a day i know it seems like alot but thats the only way to get them to stop, or you could buy diapers to keep on her.

you need to walk more and give the dog more attention.
all my dogs in 31 years were always clean.
some mishapes but you need to be attentive to the doggies
