This morning when I got up my little puppy(7mo shih-tzu, female) had an accident on the kitchen floor and when I went to clean it up I noticed it was bloody diarhea. Then when I was done cleaning it up I walked around table and there were just drips of blood.

I'm not a vet but I personally would take to vet to have it checked out because of the possibility of internal problems.I feel it would ease my mind.

Whenever blood is noticed in the stool the dog should be seen by a vet!!!
Are you sure it is in the stool or is she in heat?

That sounds serious. I would have her looked at as soon as possible. It could be some digestive problem. But blood in stool is serious.
