Dont listen to the guy above me of course you can fix it, empty it into a blender andmix it till smooth again add a couple of egg yolks , blend it and set it back in a hot water bath, cover it and bake in a oven, it should come out nicely.

If it hasn't set, I'm afraid there really isn't any way to "fix" it! You could however try partially freezing it and eat it without the caramelized topping, perhaps adding some fresh berries instead?

did you forget something- like an ingredient or to cook it in a water bath(water in the pan they are set in 3/4 water) and to fix it - you dont just try , try again
