I love ranch dressing. But I just found out it has a lot of sugar.
Any Low fat/Fat free and Low Carb brands out there?
Thanks!

any dressing that is both low carb and low fat will be water based and that's not going to be a Ranch dressing. when they reduce the fat content in foods the sugar content is increased and excess sugar is more detrimental to fat loss than a little fat. consuming fat in the diet does not make one fat an excess of calories over an extended period of time does that.

just use the brand of Ranch dressing that you like and watch the serving size. you can also try putting it on the side and using it for dipping

I have found that just checking the label for amounts on ones that say fat free and comparing them to others is a better option then anything. I use Hidden Valley which for me is better in calories then any of the others because I am on a calorie diet. But good luck ^_^
