No. We are not at war with Cuba. The Korean war never officially ended. No peace treaty has been signed to date, technically leaving North and South Korea at war.

We do not own a piece of Cuba. We rent it for $4,085 a year but most of the checks remain uncashed.

No the Army does not exchange fire with the Cubans, because the U.S. Marine corp stands that watch. By the way we don't own that land we lease it from the Cuban government for like 100 years and it is due soon

I was there in the 60’s as a Marine and the best way to describe it would be Calif. and Mexico. Each day the Cubans who worked on the base came through a gate and did their jobs and went home at night. Yes there is a fence and yes we guard it but we don’t shot back and forth.
