Personally I'm a coffee drinker. I have to start every morning with a cup of coffee and maybe have another one at mid morning but during the evenings, even if I had decaf, I'd rather have a cup of tea (preferably fruity tea). There is something very soothing about a hot cup of fruity tea at night.

If talking about taste, it is a personal choice.
If talking healthwise, then tea and amonst different kinds
of tea, green tea tops the list (without any milk and sugar).
Healthwise, coffee is good also, but it comes next to tea,
and it should be a black coffee (without milk and sugar).
For a balanced intake, a cup of black coffee in the
morning and afternoon and 3to4 cups of green tea
during the day and evening.

since i am not allowed to drink coffee i say tea. besides you can drink it hot in the winter and cold in the summer.

with coffee I have to put too much cream, milk, creamora and sugar to lighten the taste. There are a few teas that I like...brand names mostly, like Constant Comment and Salada...someone brought me some Tetley and it's ok cold too.
