Ask your bank to get you one ( the place that gives you the debit card ) .
HOWEVER , Never make more purchases that you can pay off in total each month .
Excess purchases result in obscene % charges and eventually lead to bankruptcy and poverty .

It's easy to get a Visa or MasterCard if you are 18 or over, just apply online or by phone, or if you are under that age, you may be able to get certain student cards if your parents are willing to help you (your parents may also be able to get an additional card for you through their account if they have a Visa or MC).

Usually, if your debit card or checking card from your bank checking account has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, you can use it just the same as a credit card at merchant stores.

If yours does have a Visa or MC logo, check out the details through your bank to see if it can be used that way.

Check out the source link I put below for some great cash back Visa and MasterCards, which can save you money on all of your purchases, as well as other info on credit card offers.

You can apply online in just minutes, and the cards are free, meaning no annual fees to pay.

The most important thing to note is that neither Visa nor MasterCard really issue credit cards. These companies do not handle consumers or merchants directly. Rather they develop and operate the universal computer networks to process the innumerable transactions that take place every day at various merchants and ATMs. They earn money from financial institutions to whom they have licensed the authority of marketing the MasterCard or Visa system to end consumers and merchants.

you can get a visa debit card which you can use as credit or debit. if you are thinking about applying for a credit card please pay attention to the a.p.r. which is the interest and the late fees payment and meake sure that u never go over your credit line. i worked for mastercard before and it's no joke how much money people are paying in interest and fees. as long as you r 18 you should be able to get on easily from any national bank

If you are over the age of 18 you can apply on line for a Visa or MasterCard.

You will likely get a low spending limit and high interest rate for a student Visa/MasterCard.

Check your banks website for more information about getting a credit card.

Good luck.

That's the most easy thing in the world .
Any bank will be more than helpful on this matter .
And as I often saying : A bank is an organization that will give you money when you re not really need them and will not give you money when you are really need them .
So ...be careful!
A well used credit card is really useful but ....there is always the danger that we go into the temptation to have things that we re not really need them .
You can go to some banks . Pick the best terms and ....
...have a nice shopping !

Go to www.myfico.com - They have credit card offers for all types of credit.

FYI, if you can afford $200, apply for an Orchard Bank secured credit card. They report to all three credit bureaus and as long as you don't over-charge (charge more than 25%) and pay your bill in full every month, it will raise your score 10-15 points per month!
