Babel: The tower or city of Babel. It was called Babel because, "there the LORD confused the language of the whole world. From there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth."
Nimrod: son of Cush, he was a mighty warrior on the earth and a great hunter before the Lord, and it was said, "Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the LORD."
