USA does the usa have adapters for it because the plugs are totally different. please answer this asap =]

if it runs on batteries, then all you have to do is adapt the charger for use on USA power. that should be easy enough, you might want to discuss this with a photo store, or an electonic technician first.
However the video system used in Russia is not the same as the USA, so your conversion problems will just be starting with the power. Most likely none of your tapes will play on USA TV sets. This drives TV news people crazy trying to get video coverage from Russia.
