Can you provide the quote from the international law forbidding a specific action then provide credible evidence that this occurred?
BTW - no real court has found the US guilty of 'war crimes.' You need to get a clue.

Umm. Do you actually know what you are talking about? Have you been over there and seen what is going on? Not just seen pictures and watched the news reports, actually gone over there or been in the military fighting in these countries. If not you have no idea. You are comparing us to Nazi Germany. Wow. I have heard, from actual soldiers that have been in Iraq, the people there are grateful we are there. They get thanked everyday. I don't think any Germans went around thanking the Nazis. If you want to compare anyone to Nazi Gemany, try Iraq before the war and Hussein to Hitler. That would be more accurate. I don't know I haven't been there, this is just my opinion of your patriotism or lack there of.

If what you are saying is true, then where are the facts supporting your theroy. You know like some hard tangible evidence. A lot of people like to spout off at the mouth acting like they know everything, but fall short when It's time to ante up the facts. I noticed you didn't give any in your protest. Moreover, if you actually believed what you were saying you would try to prove that you spoke truthfully. Make a believer out of me dude.

What would you have the world do? No country (or coalition of countries) in it's right mind would threaten military action action to enforce such a ruling, and because of over investment in U.S. currency and securities (plus favorable trade policies) they can't do much economically either. The fact is the U.S. government can use its military to impose its political will unilateraly, and there is not much the rest of the world can or will do about it.

war crimes?!?! what war crimes? lets see, i can obviously tell that you have never been in the military and that you buy into all of the crap coming out of those liberal media type. have you even been out of this country? the country we are fighting is sending children to ask for food from our soldiers and when the get close they blow up. they are tortureing our POWs, we give them 3 meals a day while being locked up. oh, i forgot the one hanus incodent in which a few of our soldiers took nude photos of them. i understand you have the right to belive and speak what ever you like because of the wanderful country we are in (thank you military). but just get a little insight and stop being narrow minded. but i gather that you would like our country punished and have another country take over???? you do understand that the reason you have all of your freedom is because of our four fathers that have been doing the same thing bush is doing. take some time and talk to some of our military and you will realize that we are not being so " wronged". your welcome for your freedom

Name a specific war crime that no American soldier has not been charged in. The American military has charged and convicted its own members for crimes such as murder and rape.
Why don't you ask why no war crimes charges were filed against the communist Vietnamese for the mass murders in Hue during the Tet Offensive?
If you hear nothing, you believe nothing.

Only the losers in war are charged. The winners get to be the judges. War has always been like that. They burned Troy to the ground but Helen gets off free. Go figure.

Is there any one having two ball between their legs to stand up and say what US Government is doing in Afghanistan and Iraq is nothing but a war crime! I don't think so had there been any human being in this so-called civilized world this question should have been asked daily and compel Bush and Company to face trial for war crime and genocide in these two countries.Bush is now justifying the American action in Vietnam what a shameless nation we have noting is a crime if you are an American. You can try Noriega but you will not sign the International War Crime Tribunal treaty! What mockery of civilization?

As the US is the most powerful nation on the planet it doesn't answer for it's war crimes.
To name a few: In the 1950s: Iran,Iraq,Guatemala,El Salvador, the 60s- Vietnam, Cambodia, the 70s- Argentina,Chile, Nicaragua. You should get the idea by now. As for the killing of civilians, bombing of cities kills them by the thousands. Granted the US puts on a few "show trials" of individuals such as the ones involving the rape and murder of that Iraqi family, but that's just PR. Lt.Calley took the fall for the massacre at My Lai in VN, but he was pardoned by Nixon after about 5 months. In my estimation Kissinger was every bit as evil as Hitler, Stalin or Pol Pot or any of the Nazis tried at Nuremberg. It pays to be on the "winning side".

There is nothing "poor" about my education in the US. My student loans prove that.
Guilty in a court in Europe? For what?
