I went to the doctor for a physical and when they where taking out my blood from my vain everything was o.k. but when i went home my arm started to hurt from were they took the blood from.

Its already been like 4 days since and it still hurts i can not stretch it fully because it starts hurting.

Could of they done something wrong and mess up my vain for life? Or is it just normal and will slowly go away?

That happened to me too. There was a huge bruise, and the blood was pushing my nerve, making my hands tingly and hurting, and my arm hurt a lot too where I couldn't do anything with it for a few days. It's not normal for this to happen, but it does happen sometimes. If you haven't been getting better at all, you should see your doctor.

place an ice pack on the area for fifteen minutes, several times a day. It's probably a bit inflamed and this will take down the inflammation and you should feel better after a day or two. If you don't contact your medical doctor.

Sounds like phlebitis, check to see if area feels firm or hard on vein. This takes a long time to go away and is very painful. It is caused by trauma to the vein such as needle or IV insertion.
