Skoal. Grizzly wintergreen longcut. Cope straight longcut. Anything besides longcut is nasty and is to easy to swallow. So stick with a longcut. nd Skoal has lots of flavors but most taste Weird. I'd go with grizz wintergreen or cope straight.

You'll need to scroll down to see the Skoal products. Any tobacco use is bad for you. I'll be likely getting thumbs down, but you needed to know that.

Skoal
Introduced in 1934, Skoal is the No. 1 flavored moist smokeless tobacco on the market, and the acknowledged leader in innovative flavor offerings. With retail sales surpassing $1 billion, it has become one of America's favorite and most widely recognized brands, synonymous with outdoor activities and recreation.

Originally produced with a wintergreen taste, Skoal is now available in a variety of additional flavors, including Straight, Mint, Cherry, Classic, Spearmint, Berry Blend, Vanilla Blend, Apple Blend, Peach Blend and new Citrus Blend. All are packaged in the brand's distinctive FreshSnap can, which features a "Guaranteed Fresh Until" date on the bottom. Skoal also comes in fine cut, long cut and two different pouch forms -- Skoal Bandits, which were reintroduced in 2006, and Skoal Pouches.

New and improved Bandits are small, discreet moist smokeless tobacco pouches that offer refreshing, flavorful tobacco satisfaction. For more information, visit the product's website. Skoal Pouches are three times larger than Bandits and are designed to satisfy adult consumers who prefer a more robust and flavorful moist smokeless tobacco experience in a neat, convenient form.

Skoal tobacco is a dipping tobacco (a tobacco snuff product) marketed as smokeless tobacco. Skoal has been produced by US Smokeless Tobacco since 1934.

It is a fine ground tobacco which is available in two textures, Fine Cut and Long Cut, as well as two pouch varieties. It was originally produced in only wintergreen flavor but now comes in many different flavors, including: Mint, Wintergreen, Straight, Classic, Spearmint, Cherry, Berry Blend, Vanilla Blend, Apple Blend, Peach Blend, and the newest flavor, Citrus blend. The majority of flavors are available only in the long cut texture. Skoal is packaged in 1.2 oz tins. Skoal Key is mostly found in the Midwest United States and Frost has been discontinued.

As with other types of tobaccos, there are different graduated 'levels' of Skoal products, marked by how much nicotine is in the certain flavors, or styles. Flavors such as Spearmint, Mint, Wintergreen, Classic, Straight, and Cherry contain large amounts of nicotine, thus people say they are the "strongest". Berry Blend, Apple Blend, Citrus Blend, Peach Blend, and Vanilla Blend do not contain as much nicotine and are considered by some to be beginners', or viewed as sophisticated by others. The difference between Fine-Cut and Long-Cut varieties is shown in the length of the individual strands of tobacco. Where Fine-Cut is ground to tiny chunks, Long-Cut is left in longer strands. The reason for being is twofold:

Surface area - the amount of surface area per volume of Fine-Cut is greater than that of Long-Cut. This allows the user's saliva to absorb more nicotine from the product.
Ease of use - users may have more difficulty managing Fine-Cut Skoal than with Long-Cut Skoal.

Bandits and Pouches
Recently, US Smokeless introduced a new form, called Bandits and Pouches. These forms are only available in Mint, Berry Blend, Apple Blend, Citrus blend, and Wintergreen flavors. The tobacco is packed into thin pouches which is intended to make it easier to handle and place in the mouth. It may also help protect against the common act of swallowing the tobacco, which may cause unpleasant side effects (nausea, vomiting, headache, etc.). Pouches contain three times as much tobacco as do Bandits.

Skoal Dry
US Smokeless has announced a new product from Skoal called Skoal Dry. It comes in the form of pouches similar to Bandits and does not require spitting by the user. It comes in three flavors in initial launch, which is occurring in KY and TX, Menthol, Cinnamon, and regular.

Well, I know there are wintergreen and the regular flavor. I don't know what that flavor is, since I don't use it. Around here, it costs about $3.26 a tin.
