It is back pain, or in the limbs, mainly the joints. Yet I never get headaches.

I know really nothing about "pain" not attributed to something else. Is this a serious problem? Will it get worse? Is it, like, a thing? Like a condition? What should I do? How can I find out more about what it might be?

it sounds like you have a condition called Fibromyalgia.

Here is a brief list of common symptoms of this disease:

Chronic pain throughout the body
Burning, numbness and tingling
Tenderness when pressure is placed on or around the neck, elbows, hips, thighs and knees.
Sleep disorders
Chronic fatigue or exhaustion
Depression
Anxiety
Facial Pain
Jaw Pain (TMJ)
Memory Loss
Irritable Bowel
Tension or Migraine Headaches
High sensitivity to foods and medications (allergic type reaction).
Minimal tolerance to heat and cold
High sensitivity to bright lights and sounds
Hair Loss

Because symptoms develop gradually, this disease is often misdiagnosed. It is often diagnosed as a repetitive strain injury; sleep disorder condition, irritable bowel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis or any other type of medical problem. Based on the American College of Rheumatology a person is diagnosed with Fibromylagia when he or she suffers pain throughout the body for at least three months and has 11 out of 18 tender points present.

I have written an article on Fibromyalgia and I'm enclosing the link So you can read more about it and what you can do to help yourself. If you think you have this see a doctor of rheumatology as soon as possible.

This answer would require a whole lot more info than you can possibly give in this forum. You need to be seen by a doctor and give him/her the specifics of when and where you get this pain. Based on that info a more specific diagnosis and treatment is a possibility.

Please go to a Dr. Write the symptoms and the length of time that you have had this problem. It is a good question, but, you need properly diagnosed by a Professional Health Care Provider. Good Luck and Take Care! Hope this helped!

I think I'm having the same problem. I think the medical term is old age. That's mine at least. May be arthritic pains.
