2. Se llama Jaview Gonzaliz y en su tiendaa ven _a las __ figuras.

2. Se llama Javier González y en su tienda venden LAS figuras (....you need to say which ones if you use the definitive article!)
3. La madre prepara LA comida de manera deliciosa/exquisita. or La madre prepara UNA comida deliciosa.If you say la comida you need to express the way with adverb:
prepara la comida de una manera exquisita=in a delicious way

You can also say:
La comida está deliciosa

Toldo=awning*

About the prepositon a, al , a la:

Preposition "a" contracts to form "al" when followed by the determinate masculine article el. Not so with él ("he") or proper nouns: Al llegar al pueblo lo verás a él "Upon arriving to the town, you will see him"
Veo a María. = "I see María."
Te quieren ver a ti. = "They want to see you."
Voy a la playa=I m going to the beach ( playa is feminine so you use a +la)

a = to
al = a el (to the) but mascuilne
a la = a la (to the) but feminine.
