yes, especially if the vitamin is not water soluble, for example Vit A D E K are fat soluble so body cannot excrete them easily so u should avoid overdose of especially these vitamins.

Very much so. These vitamins are usually present in larger than needed amounts and can get toxic quickly.

yeah you can overdose on pretty much anything --- i mean, if you ate fifteen oranges a day for two weeks, thatd be overdosing. and tablets come in high concentrated amounts of vitamin, so, sure.

Yes. Too much of anything can be bad. For instance too much iron is very dangerous.
