it could well be part of the bush punctured the cornea, she needs to get to the vet, who will give antibiotics and eye ointment.
This is not something that can be treated at home.
left untreated the eye will ulcerate and the cat will not only be blind but will most likely lose they eye.
there is also a possibility that the cat could get a serious infection and die.

more than likely...i would take her to the vet just to make sure she isnt seriously injured...also keep her indoors especially if she does turn out to be blind...usually when the eye turns that bluish color that is a good indication the eye is blinded

Know this question was asked 4 days ago, but am going to answer anyway. By now hope you have taken her to a vet, eye problems can be very serious, she could have scratched it and that is very painful and you can not always see it. So if you have not done so by now, get to the vet asap.

I don't think the kitten is blind in that eye. However, that eye is very likely to be infected and you should take the cat to a veterinarian.

She probably scratched the cornea. The vet will have soothing eye drops for that, it's pretty painful for the cat. One of mine did that just a few days before he was to be in a cat show, I was panicked, but it cleared up with the drops.

If the pupil is like a gasoline cloudy grey/ blue then chances are the she is blind in that eye.
