Where can i get a camera in chicago. It needs to be a graphite (carbon fiber) with a monopon thats about 16-18 inchs when closed. I need to know asap. Thank you so much!

Actually, what you want is called a monopod, not a camera.
I would try Central Camera at 230 S. Wabash in Chicago.
Most carbon fiber monopods are expensive; expect to spend over $200 on one. For less expensive, you'll end up with a more common aluminum monopod.
A lot of monopods are 21" or so, so you may have a tough time finding something that's 16" when closed. I did find one such model for you; see the second link below.

Walmart has a very good selection of cameras of all kinds. I bought mine on line from Walmart and they delivered it to my house. I bought my computer also from Walmart online. The delivery charge was surprisingly low for what I bought. They have more online than they have in the store to choose from. They have a lot of cameras in the store also.
