i have this really nasty ulcer in the perfect spot where its hurting constantly through out the day...any home remdies that could help it besides salt and warm water? i already tried that one...

Orabase with benzocaine, or ask the pharmacist what they have in stock. Unfortunately it hurts, but the good news is that it should resolve in around a week.

Put a dry tea bag on it. Doesn't matter much what kind, as long as it is real tea and not herbal. Works well for oral bleeding too. good luck
