Make a 60's hairstyle?
i want to make a 60's hairstyle because i think it would be fun. i have tried a few styles, but they didnt work. the first on was like a giant bun on the top of my head, but my hair was too lond and i couldnt tease it. i have similar problems with the others. i have lond hair (about middle of back length) and bangs. if you know any hair styles i can use, please let me know, send me instructions too.

P.S: I can hold my bangs back with a headband if i need too

60's hippie:
Part your hair down the middle. Take a 1/4 inch section of hari from each side of your face and braid. Pull the braids to the back of your head and rubber band together.

60's non-hippie:
Backcomb the hair at the very back of the top of your head. Pull your bangs back with a headband and place the headband just in front of where you back combed. With a curling iron, flip the ends of your hair up and spray with hairspray.

Back-comb on the top of your head and smooth it over. Leave the bangs. I wore my hair like that in the 60's! Forgot, I parted my hair from front to back and tied them like my avatar. That was when we were IN STYLE!!!LOL!!!
