I've got really bad burnout, i play football but i don't seem to want to go to training anymore, it's not that i don't like the lads or the sport, i just never feel like going, something inside me just keeps resisting. Please no jokes, this is serious stuff!! does anyone have any suggestions for me?

yeah, the same thing happened to me in my sport (xc) and ive been running for 6 yrs. What I did to make myself like running again was to challenge myself to something really hard, so that when i went back to training, it seemed easy and enjoyable. I'm not really familiar with football, but try doing some type of long-term (like 2-3hrs) physical activity that in comparison will make ur practice seem fun and enjoyable. If ur coach is not a total jerk, u may want 2 try talking to him about ur lack of motivation as well.
