Went to buy a DLP TV, surround sound, and tv stand. Got the worst customer service I've ever seen. It started by being ignored for 45 minutes while I stood in front of the big screen DLPs. I left and bought somewhere else.

I came back 4 hours later to buy a surround sound system (I had a $40 coupon is why I came back). Found the system I wanted, waited about 20 minutes and no one would help. I happened to see two of the system's I wanted setting in their box on the floor with a sign that had a reduced price. Loaded up the SS and tried to pay. Of course it rang up different than what the sign had listed. They're so called customer service said the reduced price was for open box and that mine was not open box. I asked then why was it on the floor with a sign. No answer. I finally got a manager and explained the situation (about being ignored the first time and the problem with the price). He didn't even seem to care! Want to report him and his sorry store.

I purchased a laptop a year ago. The salesman who served me said it would do all.I paid $900 for it. I wanted it to be vista compatible...it wasn't. The employee left the store and the manager washed his hands. A year later still getting screwed over and they don't care. The area manager tried to tell me the employee is on commission and all he gets for the sale was $10.00...I work in retail for a major store and we don't treat people like that. Thats why the keep changing the name( radio shack)

I would call the store and ask for the name and address/phone of the district manager. File your complaint with the DM because you are likely to get action from the direct supervisor of the store manager than someone from the corportate office.
