I would wait until after the wedding and see how she is then.
Planning a wedding is really stressful and takes up a lot of a person's time.
Once the excitement of the wedding has died down if you still feel the same sit her down and have a talk with her.

What you are describing is a normal part of life. Going from a single girl, to engaged, planning a wedding. Soon she will be a married woman and yes she has changed, no one stays the same person forever.
Like the others said, a nice letter, not one accusing her of anything, just a happy letter. Or just go to lunch or dinner together and talk. No accusations or recriminations, because she is doing nothing wrong.
Once they are home from the honeymoon and things settle in she will probably have more time to socialize with people.

She is stressed!
When my fiance started a job doing hard labor, he stopped being his normal, funny self! He was used to an office job, but got on at an electric company. He was going up and down ladders getting so tired. I was worried to death about him!
She is probably just stressed out over planning! I have been! Why don't you ask her nicely if there is anything you can help her with? She probably would appreciate the help!
The part though about spending more time with her fiance...that's normal. When you find the love of your life, you'll understand.
Just the part about her not being funny. After the wedding and after all that stress is lifted, she should go back to her normal self! My fiance did after he quit his job!

You just go to the wedding, and continue to be her friend. Relationships change when a couple gets married, you just have to realize that. Just keep in touch as much as possible. You'll see what it's like once you have a man of your own you love, want to marry, and spend all your time with.

Understand that when a woman meets the man of her dreams, he becomes her life! It's important to let her go and enjoy herself as your friendship is probably strong enough to withstand time. Hang in there because one day the same thing will happen to you!!

May i suggest, as a bridal shower gift, or just a gift for the bride, a Spa package. Something simple and cute (Massage, manacure, Pedicure). And join her!! Just the two of you, for old time sake. Talk, cry, reminise. Remind her what she's missing not being in your company as often.

Maybe a heartfelt letter explaining how much you value her friendship and don't want to drift apart is the way to go. Offer to help wit wedding planning and details, show her that you care.
