No. B vitamins help your body convert the food you eat into energy faster, thus why you're hungry. Make sure you take them with a meal. Not a snack, a meal.

You may try it.. but i suppose you knew that taking that does induce an increase in appetite...

For some, they only end up waking up to eat.. and some do get away with the initial hunger, but still wake up hungry. Ask a doctor. It's a better option. :)

Taking it in the morning is good. Make sure you're also getting a solid breakfast.
