You're paying for that gym membership, so use it.
And get the junk out of your house: It's not doing you any favors by being where it will tempt you to eat.
Get used to eating good healthy stuff. Once you get the old sugary junk out of your system, you may wonder how you tolerated it so long!
You might even ask your friends and family to exercise with you. I can see how it might be hard for you to do it if you're all alone.
Good luck!

The best way to lower your BMI is to reduce the total number of calories you take in and to be more physically active. Long-term success is not about finding the "right" diet. It's about identifying your behaviors that have contributed to taking in more calories than your body needs. It is also about making a plan to develop healthier eating and physical activity habits. For example, you may eat when you're under stress rather than when you're hungry. Choosing another activity to do when you feel stressed, such as taking a walk, may help you break the habit of eating at those times.
You're more likely to make changes in your habits if you set a specific goal for yourself. For example, instead of saying, "I'm going to lose 20 pounds," decide that you'll be more active every other day of the week. Be specific about what kind of activity you'll do and which days you'll do it. Your new goal might be: "During my lunch hour on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, I'm going to walk for half an hour in the park." Once your new healthy behavior becomes a habit, you can move on to another goal.

Make yourself go to the gym & quit being lazy. Cut out the Junk food & snacks. Drink diet drinks, eat light bread, don't eat greasy foods, eat very little sweats, cut down your food portions at a meal, etc. That's enough 4 U 2 get going with. Start somewhere 2day. If you want it, GO FOR IT!

Eat less. Move more.
You can do it!! It's great you have a supportive family behind you. Pick up a new hobby, shoot some hoops. Keep yourself busy that way you won't get bored and eat when you're not hungry. Drink water and lots of it! Cut out soda (diet is ok it's 0 calories) it's such a waste of calories since it won't fill you up.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

Take your weight...multiply it by 7. The result is your recommended calorie intake per day. Stick with it for one month, incorporate some physical activity and your weight will come off.
