Imagine theres´s no heaven
It´s easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today
Imagine there´s no countries
It isn´t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living in peace
You may say I´m a dreamer
But I´m not the only one
I hope someday you´ll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No greed or hunger
A brotherwood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world
You may say I´m a dreamer
But I´m not the only one
I hope someday you´ll join us
And the world will be as one
Was Jhon Lenon the only on dreamer?
Who else is dreaming like Jhon Lenon?

I used the lines:
Imagine theres´s no heaven
It´s easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
to make a answer in Brazilian YA.
It´s perfect!

Imagine
there are people
who do not wish to be accountable
They wish to run a muck
get in trouble with their sinful stuff,
Imagine there's no Hell,
it's easy if you try,
but hell is really below us
If you said, "no" it would be a lie,
No heaven above us?
You';ve got to be kidding!
But you won't get there
if you go on sinning,
Imagine Lennon's ideals
sharing everything in the world
wouldn't this be communism?
This was his world preferred
But this man was a millionaire,
never gave much away
He spent his dough on drugs
and found lots of trees to hug
This man was an entertainer
let's keep him in perspective
he really was a dreamer
who was really disconnected
Drugs really made him wacky
and made his life so tacky
I hope that no one joins him
Cause he's dead.
Say NO to drugs and quit "dreaming"

When I was a kid, I hated that song. It has new meaning now that I'm an adult and I've come to love it. So beautiful. Yes, I'm a dreamer like him. The world would be a much better place.

John and Yoko were "dreamers" ...
....very hard to describe WHAT their major beliefs were...anti-war, anti-"religion", anti-Bible, pro-homosexuality, pro-feminist....they used so many different "religious" words and actions, yet picked and chose what they liked from each one and created their "own thing"....which was very "New Age"...and the "one world order" type of belief where everything was "ok"
Peace be with you :)

Haha I remember one night at camp where we were all sitting by the bonfire roasting marshmellows one night and singing this song.
*sigh* the good old days where I used to believe
that the world could be a better place, when it really is becoming worst sad to say.

"Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can"
I love these lines, considering in the film clip he is sitting in a huge country estate playing a baby grand.
Yep he is a dreamer.

What you propose isn't a dream written by a genius, it's a nightmare created by a socialistic fool.

We all know the song and the singer. But do you know where you will spend eternity? Don't dream up a place. Look to Jesus Christ.
