You`re telling us you`re the reincarnation of Bruce Lee , am I correct ? I find your question difficult to take seriously .
IF it were true I doubt there`s much you could do about it realistically . Anyone can submit a complaint to the powers that oversee the police department anytime , so that in itself means nothing .
Kooks , crackpots , people without lives , attention seekers and people that hate cops file reports all the time . These reports are checked out , then usually end up in the wastepaper basket .
The complainants information is kept on record as evidence in case more groundless complaints are received from the same person and legal action is contemplated by the DA.
Do you have any witnesses ? Are they willing to co-operate regarding formal charges against the officers in question ? Do you have a Doctor`s report regarding injuries sustained ?
If no Doctor`s report , do you expect them to believe you "beat down" four cops and walked away ?
Do you have proof positive of these "phone calls" ? Or are they simply calls you answered while a "witness" was present ?
If only one small part of your testimony is suspect .......... your ENTIRE "story" will be suspect and come under scrutiny .
Even WITH signed affidavits from witnesses who were present in the bar at the time , it would be a cakewalk for the cops` defence lawyer to prove their stories unreliable because of the distinct possibility of their being impaired by alcohol at the time .
The cops will walk out of court vindicated ............. and now you`ll have EVERY cop on the force willing to give a years pay to torment you ........... and being VERY careful how it`s done !

First off, they were harassing your friend because he was hispanic? Nothing else accorded huh. I find that interesting.
Anyway, if that is the case, you should have called 911 or left the area you were at. That fact that you got into a fight means you also broke the law and should have been arrested for disorderly conduct. Unless you felt your life or his was in danger there is no reason to fight. The is the law.
Now if they are harassing you and you have proof, then you need to see a lawyer and file a complaint against the police department and the officers
I was a police officer for 15yrs, so I doubt we are getting the whole story here.

If this is in fact the truth, then you should send the chief of their station a notarized statement to the events in the bar, including the date, time and their names and all witnesses to the events that you know of. Include the harassment that has occurred after that incident and that if it does not stop immediately you will prosecute. Then send a copy to the State's Attorney's office for your county. Send both letters Registered Mail with Return Receipt Requested, which verifies that the person received it and signed for it.
I am not denying that one person can take on 4 men, I've seen it done. Nor that cops harass people, it has happened to me when I refused a date with an officer who sered a boyfriend of mine with a restraining order from his ex-wife. So, please do not take offense when I say that 'if in fact this is the truth'. I simply mean that this is a strange venue to be seeking help for this sort of thing. You may want to contact a lawyer about this problem because you might have grounds to sue the department or the individual officers for this. At the very least the individual officers should be placed on suspension pending an investigation. However each department handles things differently depending on your location, and especially your state.

Go to the media and tell them your story. Get as much verification as possible from the people who were there. Get it out in the open and inform the media every time they even look in your direction!
Does everyone remember this?

I especially like the part where the police department decides unilaterally to charge their fellow cop with a misdemeanor, although the prosecutor had the good sense to charge him with multiple felonies.
And I wonder if it was a fellow cop who went into the bar after the incident and tried to bribe the bartender to keep her from pressing charges against the violent, drunk, felonious cop?
And did you catch the part about the police department knowing that their fellow cop had a prior DUI before they hired him?

kiss your @ss good by. you will be stopped for anything or no reason at all. things like probable cause will not exist for you. you have set your own destiny, you are a turd with no cause and nothing important to do in life but go to jail. that's a lie anyway if you beat up four cops, all of which mind you are required to carry their firearm with them at all times, i think you would have been shot. several times. so start some other question / lie because this one is a joke.

Man, I smell something....like dog sh....wait a minute. That's Bull Shid I'm smelling.
Maybe sucker-punched one Officer and used a weapon on the other but not four. You'd be in jail after a stay at the jail hospital ward.

Let's face it you are NOT Jason Bourne. No way did you take down four men. That's just don't happen especially when the four men are trained at self defense. Two? I might buy that but not four.

You can try not making up BS stories for internet attention...
Maybe you are skilled enough to take on four opponents by yourself at the same time... I just doubt it for some reason.
I wonder what *really* happened?
