I have a huge hole in my tooth. 1/3 of it broke off with a sandwich lasth month and now it is becoming extremely painful. Maybe if I stick one of these useless ibuprofens right in there....

You need to go see your dentist because you need a root canal done. The reason that you are in so much pain is because the nerve of the tooth is infected. If you have any antibiotics at home then you need to start taking them to clear up the infection. Once the infection goes away you will be out of pain. The dentist will put you on antibiotics before they do any treatment to the tooth because the infection can cause you to not get numb. After having the root canal you will need to put a crown on the tooth to protect it from breaking any further. You should get to the dentist as soon as possible because it is not good for you body to have an infection like that. Good Luck and I hope you feel better soon.

If the pain is excruciating, call your dentist and see him today. If you think you can make it till tomorrow, call the dentist first thing after they open.. like 8:00 am or before..tell them it's urgent and try to go in on Monday! Pray for your situation while you're in church.
