make sure you get a good recipe - most human foods don't have enough taurine in it (including a regular diet of tuna) and cats need high amounts of that to keep their eyesight. there's a supplement you can get thru your vet of it to add to a homemade diet. but honestly, it's easier (and cheaper in the long run) to feed them a good quality food like innova or felidae, rather than make your own, unless they're ill and need special things. (my kidney failure kitty gets homemade food but that's because most commercial foods throw her kidneys off even more.)

BEEF DIET
3-4 Lbs. Chuck roast or ground beef, 1 lb. Beef liver, 1 cans Pumpkin,4 envelope plain gelatin, 1/8 teaspoon salt, ½ cup Canola oil, Taurine tablets crushed (1-tab/lb. beef) or Taurine caps. 500mg. (1cap./2 lbs. Beef), Human-grade Bone meal (2 tsp/lb. Total food) or Bone Calcium (1 tab. Crushed/lb. Total food)Cook beef and liver.  Put through grinder when cool or mash together.  Add pan drippings and all other ingredients.  Mix well.  Freeze in small containers.  To serve, thaw and serve at room temperature.

SALMON & EGG DIET
3 egg yolks cooked (yolks only as cats can’t digest egg whites), 1-14oz. can Alaskan Salmon (juice and all), 1 Taurine tablet, crushed2 teaspoons human-grade Bone meal or 1 tab. Crushed Bone Calcium, Salmon Oil capsules. Mash salmon and egg yolks.  Add salmon juice and mix in other ingredients except Salmon Oil.  Store in refrigerator.  Before serving, open and mix in 2-3 Salmon Oil capsules.  (Salmon oil goes rancid quickly so must be added just before serving)

CHICKEN OR TURKEY DIET
1 whole chicken or small turkey or 2-3 lbs. Ground turkey, 1 package frozen green beans, 1 package chicken livers, ¼ tsp. Salt, Taurine crushed (1 tablet/lb. Chicken or turkey) or Taurine caps (1 cap./2 lbs. Chicken or turkey, )Human grade Bone meal (2 teaspoons/lb total food) or Bone Calcium (1 tab. Crushed/lb. Total food). Cook chicken or turkey along with green beans and livers.  Put through food grinder (including skin) when cooled or mash together.  Add pan drippings along with rest of ingredients.  Freeze in containers.  To serve, thaw and serve at room temperature.

I do not, but Dr. Michael Fox, a popular newspaper columnist, does have such recipes on his website:

Follow instructions carefully, and you should be able to make a good, nutritious food for your cat.

Edit: be careful with canned tuna, as it may contain levels of mercury that could be harmful to your cat. Remember, they only weigh about 10 pounds... while the mercury levels in canned tuna may be safe for humans, it's probably not for cats.

It is very dificult to provide a healthy balanced diet for cats if you make their food yourself. It is better to feed cat food, but you can try out treats for them once in a while. Just cook any meat with a little rice or carrot, but no onion or salt.

I assume this is not what you are looking for but if you prepare food for ats as their regular meals, they need a raw diet.
This teaches you how to do it
