Find a girl who will appreciate you for who you are. So you like to cook and you write poetry. There are women out there who will like you and appreciate you for who you are.

You shouldnt do anything, dnt change yourself, so wat you cook and write poetry. I know lots of girls who would be glad to go out with someone that cooks and write poetry. Just be urself and go out there and meet some new girls. Move on, so what she doenst like oyu, doesnt mean no one will. Well being a doctor might have a tight schedule but its ur job, ur a working man, u shouldnt care about what she said, and go out there and meet new girls. When you meet them make sure that you tell them that you are a doctor and you cook and write poetry so tht oyu know you wont end up in a useless relationship where she will end up dumping u because she doesnt like ur hobbies.

if you like to cook and write poetry, keep cooking and writing poetry. if that's not manly enough for your girlfriend, get a new girlfriend. she does not represent all women. spend as much time with her as you can. if you are already doing that and it's still not enough for her, than nothing will ever be enough for her and she will always say you are not spending enough time with her.

Well, obviously she wasn't a very nice woman. Not all women dislike that. I think it's sweet that you like poetry, and my boyfriend cooks for me all the time - takes the pressure off me, I enjoy relaxing while he does lol. As for the doctor thing - it sounds like she wanted an excuse.
Find a woman who appreciates you for who you are. Good luck.

Some women are fools...perhaps your (ex) girlfriend falls under that heading. Some people just aren't what the other is looking for...perhaps you both fall under that category. Whichever or whatever, don't stop what you do and love doing. Keep cooking and writing poetry, and you will know that whomever you attract will be attracted to the real you.

my hubby is a computer geek,,,, can cook better than myself especially when it comes to bbq... and is more sensetive then some men... and this is the guy i fell in love with...
just an example,,, my last bf was a very physically large construction worker,, long time bachelor ... and not that great of a cook.. thats why he became the ex-bf...

in my opinion i like men who cook and write poetry coz i think thats romantic and as u know all the famous cook and poet are men. am i right? so i think u should find someone who appreciate u that i think that wont be hard to find one. honestly ur gf just gave excuses to break up with u bcoz if she really loves u then she will appreciate everything that u did for her.

thats soooo dumb yo cooking is preety kul i mean if ur gf or later one wife would come home from work or sumting late u can make her sumting so she could relax and poetry isnt gay its a good way to express feelings forget about her man
