No.
A fool may well conclude "There is no God"
A fool may conclude anything and everything,
including the reverse proposal.
Whether only fools conclude there is no god seems a dubious idea, except to those who have to accept the infallibility of the quotation's source.
It can made to work in humpty-dumpty's Wonderland sense:
"Anyone who does not believe in God, I call a fool"
but the user should not be surprised when the rest of the world declines to accept the usage.

hehehee one could say that only a FOOL would use a scrap of poetry to demean others. Try to keep things in context, dear. The Psalms were/are poetry, based upon a 'testament of faith'. The Psalms are said to be 'INSPIRED' by god, that doesn't mean that it is WRITTEN by god and should be used as a law or such.
One could also say that IF the SPIRIT didn't want there to be atheists, god wouldn't create them...
EXO 4:11 The LORD said to him, "Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? Is it not I, the LORD ?
One should also point out, that NO FAITH allows you to demean another. Inspite of the Christian Propaganda, not everyone is supposed to be Christian. See Deuteronomy Chapter 13.
For many people, Christianity would be following an OTHER god, since the Christian god would be one that they 'have not known or one that was unknown to their fathers'. Why would ya want to give them a limited god, that is NOT everywhere.
This was one of the reasons that 'Jesus' said that he was ONLY sent for the Lost sheep of Israel and commanded his disciple not to preach to the gentiles in gospels.
Its only in the teachings of Paul that Christians create their convert or die mentality. In light of Deuteronomy 13, Paul is named as a 'false prophet'. Paul taught in contradiction to Laws of god and advocated an OTHER god-'Jesus'.

No, it means that, if you can't attribute that feeling you have for being accepted to anything but evolutionary results, then you are the fool

Yes, it kind of means that. The evidence of God existing is overwhelming but if we rely on our own understanding, we cannot see. : )

becareful of the religion of peace, since you mentioned it, while christians will give you the other cheek, the religion of peace followers won't, but rather they ll tell you how angry is Allah, and he will send you some storms, thunders, stones or falling star. it makes you think can't Allah keep his temper.
