i like starbucks iced caramel macchiato up side down.
i also buy coffee from 7-11. i get the 20 oz cup pour the regular coffee, add a splash of caramel syrup and vanilla, then pour their french vanilla coffee from the dispenser.

The best coffee I have ever had is Vietnamese coffee, available at Vietnamese restaurants. It's super concentrated coffee mixed with condensed milk. It is so delicious but it will keep you up all night.

I don't spend a fortune in coffee shops, I make coffe at home with Cafe Bustelo (highly recommended for any one who likes a full bodied espresso roast;cheap too!) and drink it strong and black.
