was taken in devon last week and i would love some honest opinions on it im 13 so dont expect too much and it was taken on a kodak digital C743 camera thanks very much for opinions and comments and any helpfull tips would be much appreciated x

This is a very nice shot. If you can do this kind of work with the kind of camera you have now just imagine what you can do with an advanced camera and more experience under your belt. You are doing a great job with what you have and like someone else said, I wish I could say I took this photo.

That's a great picture! I love the colours. For constructive criticism, I'd say it's ever so slightly blurry and the dark waves take away from the silhouette. It might be even better if you could silhouette the person against the sky. Do some experimenting: try a "bug's eye view" looking up at the person while still showing the ocean in the background. The composition is great: you have the person off to the side instead of right in the middle, the horizon is nice and straight and not in the middle either. Everything together, that makes a very nice photo! Keep taking pictures and you'll be excellent.

After 36 years of enjoying photography I'd be happy to say I took this. You did very well. The horizon is level - something many older, more experienced photographers don't always get right.

That picture reminds me of a shallow world were ever one is blocked from the real light.. That's a cool picture though!
