People do not monitor the way they feel on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis and it would therefore be difficult to know unless this was your intention. On saying that I believe I have.

I believe I have - twice. To even try to explain the experiences would be pointless as they would have to be explained in Buddhist terms and that would leave my post open to abuse.
But I believe people can elevate themselves to a higher understanding, not necessarily being 'lifted' to another plane of existance.
