The concepts of FREEWILL are a precept of man, not really scripturally based. The concept really didn't come into the theology until during the Inquistion. People were said to have FREEWILL when even after days/weeks of 'extreme' torture still wouldn't bow down to the Chrisitan Idols or sign the 'confessions' of witchcraft or satanism.

The question largely comes down to how one defines god or the SPIRIT and what FORM are people using as their concept of god. Is god that 'old guy with a long white beard sitting on some throne in heaven" or a type of energy that is everywhere in all things or the MOTHER earth concepts.

One of the things that truly separated the anceint hebrew from the OTHER pagani traditions of the time period was that THEIR concept of the SPIRIT was that it had NO FORM...
Deut 4:15-16 Since you saw no form on the day the the LORD spoke to you at Horeb out of the midst of the fire. beware lest you act corruptly by making a graven image for yourselves, in the form of any figure, the likeness of man or female...

One could say that atheism also stems from the SPIRIT as a 'balance' to religion. Religions deal in forms...see god this way or that and defining THINGS this way or that which create the underlying basis for their reality. An atheist in a way shatters those definitions, that form, those ideals or idols. Hehehee it also depends on the form that the atheism takes.

Inspite of Christian Propaganda, atheists are individuals with individual rational and philosophy. An Atheist merely sees and defines THEIR reality based upon what they have seen and experienced. In light of verses like exodus 4:11, which would mean that its the SPIRIT that forms those experiences for the atheist.

In the WE v. THEM mentality, it would mean that BOTH are correct and BOTH are wrong...heheheeee since there isn't a WE v. THEM mentality. All are ONE...heheheeee.

Everything that is, God knew would be, and according to the law of divine decrees, his will and plan will be executed around that which he already knew. You have free will to make choices, free will to do things that are not Gods will but in the end his will comes into fruition. In other words, you cannot stop him from what he plans on doing. He knew in eternity passed the things that we do. If you are one of his children, he has a plan for your very life, and if you don't follow his will for your life, it's okay 1 John 1:9, you are able to walk on with a clean slate. He will (because he already knew) help you in your walk to carry out his plan for you. So with that being said, everything in the believer's life is God's will because he already knew all of your free will decisions.

He also knew about demon influence and certain fallen angels and what their talents are each themselves and what they would do, that there would be some who would resist and others who would not.

Such as Beelzebub, Bacchus and Apollo to name a few.
The invisible war is not something to be taken lightly and this is what the Atheists need to come to terms with to understand why bad things happen and how to get on the right side of this whole battle. I pray that they do. Some will, and some wont but God foreknew that too.

Not everything is God's will, Believing or not is free will.
There are many things that are not God's will, it is a choice of man if someone kills another person or hurts them or if you do drugs/ get drunk. God dose not control our choices, it is your choice if you want to be an atheist but it is not the will of God.

Not everything is God's will, because we as individuals have our own will, which is often in conflict with God's will. It is called sin. I will suggest that everything is part of God's plan for us. That has always been a stumbling block for me. He has not called on me for advice, that is probably why I do not completely understand His plan.

Freedom of Choice

[33:72] We have offered the responsibility (freedom of choice) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were afraid of it. But the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.

[33:73] For GOD will inevitably punish the hypocrite men and the hypocrite women, and the idol worshipping men and the idol worshipping women. GOD redeems the believing men and the believing women. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

*33:72 The animals, trees, stars, etc. took advantage of this most gracious offer. See Appendix 7."

You're funny. According to the evidence of what God wills in the materials attributed to him, it's for humanity to be honorable and noble, caring and united. Now, look around you. Is that what you see?

By that logic, if god made me an Atheist, and all Atheists are to suffer in eternal hell, then by definition, God is a Sadist.
