If you're being asked out by 12 girls throughout your life, then I can assure you that you'll be fine. I'm 26 myself and never been out with anyone, and everyone that I asked out turned me down. As such, I don't think you really have a problem here. I just think that you're being careful and that is fine. I think age is important too. Being 19 and having what you feel is better. When I was 19, I didn't really have that sense of "urgency" that I did now. So I think you're on the right track, but perhaps beating yourself up too much. The fact is, the longer you don't have a relationship, the harder it gets. At 19, people are just starting to look and sooner or later you're going to pick someone up. Many people say relationships don't define you. My question is why would they say this if it wasn't true? It's sort of like a lot of victims of disasters are told that they shouldn't be mad or sad about their situation and they wouldn't have "support" groups for these people if such things didn't made people mad, upset, sad, or depressed. I think you are a victim. So with that said, you have a right to be mad, angry, upset, depressed, and all that. It's a normal feeling for a bad situation.

There are exercises for overcoming shallow breathing. In order to sleep, try masturbation before bedtime. Then again, conversation with the cause of the problem is good.

You're having panic attacks. You're blowing things way out of perspective. Try to relax, and talk to a doctor about it. It's interfering with the quality of your life, and doesn't have to.

you have to put everything in to perspective - if you sat at home and worried about world hunger, would you solve it by sitting at home worrying? you can only control what you can control, don't sweat the small stuff

Absolutely, i have had dreams that haunt me to this day. About causing so much emotional pain to my girlfriend that she leaves heartbroken, I'll never forget that dream...I'll never forget her face in that dream as she walks away....

Its defiently a form of panic attack your gettin, i get them to but over different kind of things, u can go to the docters and get tablets for them. If your bf makes u worried bout sumfing then ring him up or get him round to comfort u and tell you eveything is ok. (thats wat bfs are for!) xxx :)
