Or is it just human nature no one likes to be rejected or ignored..
Will a guy not talk or pursue a girl because of being too proud? He says he is crazy in love but won't talk to the girl but gives the girl clues to know that he likes her! Why can a guy act like this way he isn't a child!

it's human nature. If he is too affraid to approach a girl fearing rejection, it's because he is insecure. He may not know if the girl likes him back. Its only if they are too proud that a guy gets too cocky and concieted. He wouldn't want to get rejected in front of the whole world. If he is sure that the girl likes him back, and is still affraid to approach her, it's because he is insecure about his approach itself. Some guys will studder, or feel they have said something they can never recoup from. It's a slow painful process, but somebody has to make the first move...even if it has to be the girl.

human nature/ lack of exprience/ low self esteem most likely one of those. Most people have a natural fear of rejection but some of us good at fighting that fear. You get better at fighting that fear the more rejections you have had. If you have higher self esteem you seem more confident to the opposite sex and are less likely to be rejected.

yes, he fears rejection. it's part human nature, part personal values. we all like to be universally accepted and loved. it makes us feel good i guess. ego is a big thing with guys. so if they get rejected, their ego's gonna get hurt and it doesnt feel good. its more of rejection, though i do feel pride does play a huge part as well.

His social group has trained him to behave this way. Oh, by the way, he won't change either. He thinks this is the way males are supposed to behave with women.

no one likes to be rejected. if i love a girl, then i will tell her that i love her and prepare to be rejected rather than i never tell her and regret it forever.
