don't reply to their letters. After 3 tries they assume they have the wrong address and find someone else.

I am pretty sure that would help. There was a lady I worked for that was called to jury duty, and she was asked by the prosecuting attorney a question, and she replied, "well, if it was a colored guy on trial, I would have to assume he was guilty." She was never called again. That said, I believe that unless you have extenuating circumstances, you should serve. That was the problem with the OJ trial, that to many people tried to get out of jury duty, and they ended up with a bunch of inept and uneducated jurors.

You have to be careful so you don't get slapped with a contempt of court citation. The best thing you can do is write a letter thanking them for the opportunity and explaining why you feel you can't participate. Maybe you work for straight commission and it will hurt your financially. Or if you have a child that needs your care. Or an elderly parent that needs you to administer their medicine 2x a day. You can think of something. Just make sure it is true. Then the court will decide.

Don't show up. Then instead of serving on a jury you can be tried by one. This will also greatly reduce your chances of ever being picked for a jury if called again.

Just go and do your duty. Stop being a freeloader on the system.

Your asking advice on how to break the law? Tomorrow will you be asking advice on how to steal or kill someone?
