Constantly ask their opinion on something then strongly disagree. Do this five or six times and they'll get the hint.

shake your leg when you sit down and constantly ask them why they aren't shaking theirs, but don't make it sound silly or laugh. if they leave the room, follow them. If they look the door behind them, keeping knocking on the door while saying "KNOCK, KNOCK!!" ...if they don't answer continue saying it in a nagging annoying voice. If they tell you to shut up, continue to knock on the door while chanting "SHUT UP, SHUT UP" or however they told you to shut up rhythmically until something bad happens. Cheers.

cracke ur knuckles, and constantly drum on any surface ur can with ur hands and fingers. hum over and over and over again any song that u only know a small part of the melody to.

ask him / her silly questions about his / her privite life and tell him/her how good looking you are but actually you are totally not his / her cup of tea!
or.. just.. simiply act dumb!
