Install a Social Security Plan that actually worked
Install a coverall medical health insurance policy for every American Citizen.
Create better funding for the nation's colleges and universities
Create better funding to purchase law enforcement equipment for the nations police forces
Design a working plan that would deal with the yearly flooding problems throughout the country
Install systems that would eliminate wild fires across the USA during dry spells
Eliminate ALL pollutions from escaping into the atmosphere from factories, plants and refineries.
Design a system that would convince the career criminals that breaking the laws in this country is not going to be taken lightly, anymore. The **** will hit the fan!
Assign people to figure out the best way for US troops and personnel to exit a bad set of circumstances, without doing any damages to the troops or leadership morals.
Setup a much better Natural Disaster Plan that would rush emergency assistance to anywhere in the country within 24 hours of the initial disaster.
Redesign the Medicare and Medicaid Programs so they are fair and they do work.
Setup a plan that deals with the immigration issues in this country.
Authorize the military to shoot down any aircraft that refuses to heed official warnings (drug and arms dealers)
And, setup programs to help our injured and disabled troops returning from combat zones, adjust to using new artificial limbs and for mental stress that they encountered while defending our country against insurgents/terrorists.

Redesign the entire Food Stamp Program for all the states, so that there is no fraud being committed, which costs the taxpayers hundreds of millions each year, in addition to the costs of the food stamp program.

First I would confiscate the entire bank accounts and property of every jew in America! I would send every damn jew back to Russia by way of israel! I would cease all funding of israel and any other nation on Earth! No more foreign aid what so ever, we need it here more than they do! The only military we would have would be the units we send to the UN to participate in their peace keeping activities! I would withdraw every military unit world wide back to the US for eventual discharge and closure! I would sell all nuclear ships and subs to the highest bidders to fill the federal coffers once more! I would require every military medical personnel to be ready to deploy within the US to provide Americans with proper medical support instead of doing so for foreign peoples first! If your a doctor expect to be on call for the remainder of your days or until they can train replacements. I would drive all special interest groups and lobbyists out of Washington at gun point if necessary. I would make all elected positions one term only and no entitlement for pension and that goes for the scotus justices as well! They get a reasonable salary that is average for the people, no more no less. All legislation has to have a termination date, expiration date and a plan to fund it included. No open ended laws ever again. No attachments or addendum's included either! Every legislation must have an environmental impact statement,economic impact statement and legal statement included or it cannot become law! Only someone that's corrupt or crooked would disagree with the above requirements!

cut the budget by 418 billion dollars and give it all back in refunds to the people that actually paid it, not anyone living off of government largess...not even government workers, most of that is charity anyway.

For starters, I'd give everyone in the military pay raises, so they wouldn't have to live off foodstamps while expected to lay down their lifes for this country.

I'd correct the horrendous conditions at Walter Reed for our neglected military.

I'd impose a 15% windfall profits tax on these corporations that are making record profits off the blood of our soldiers.

Whatever money is left, I'd invest in alternative fuel research so we could kiss the MIddle East bye bye.
