There's this one really attractive girl, I don't really know her well at all and our contact has pretty much been saying "what's up" or "how's it going" when I walk past her. Most of the time, I don't even say anything at all. We are not in the same group of friends, so basically, I don't really know her and she does not know me. So, I was in the library the other day, sitting at a table reading a magazine, and the girl sits across from me, next to one of her guy friends and they start chatting. I pay no attention and mind my own business, then out of the corner of my eye, I see some movement, and as I look up, she is waving at me. So I wave back at her and go back to my magazine nonchalantly but I was a little confused. Again, I don't even know this girl that well and have never even really talked to her. So why would she wave at me? Although she is gorgeous, I really doubt I am her type (trust me, she is in another league, and can get any guy she wants).

Hush, you don't even need a girl to answer that. She is just saying hello that's all. I met a lot of girls like that. A hello that's all. In fact, back in the past, she had already greeted you before. You have written she called to you "what's up" or "how's it going". So it is the same this time. Nothing has changed.

Well maybe she thinks you're a nice guy, and likes the fact that you aren't all over her trying to get a date with her. Try talking to her a little more, she might like you and is waiting for you to come over and talk to her. You'll never know if you don't try, and whats the worst that could happen? She says get away from me lol. Don't waste time trying to figure her out, just go up and talk to her you'll find out that way. Good luck!

have a little confidence in yourself! the biggest turn off for a woman is a man who doesn't think he's good enough for her. she waved to you....she's inviting you to interact with her... never forget the story of Beauty and the Beast

first of all, she obviously likes you and second, never and I mean never think of yourself as not good enough when it comes to girls and later on women... thinking that way will keep you shy forever and you'll never have a real chance at being anything to women in general... have some confidence in yourself and yes talk to her, she wants you to...

she is just being friendly , really, but who cares if she is way out of your league, just go try if you really want her better than asking what if forever.
