Can you take a math test to prove that you r really smart to get accepted for a collage scholarship?

So my problem is really simple but complicated at the same time. So i am an exchanged worker from Europe in US and trying to get in college here, but its too much money for me. I have good math skills(scored 142 on an iq math test) and phisics too. My questions is really simple. Can you take like a test online for some college to prove that you are smart and get a scholarship? And if yes wich one or where should i look, cause i am sick and tired to search online. May be some of u might help me. Thank you veru much.

I'd work on my spelling if I were you. If that's how you form words, you couldn't get into a junior college.
